Being registered as an AE, we plan to have clients from other countries. When it comes to selling products, it is more or less clear.
But in case of providing services, in some situations, being present on the client’s premises may be required. How is this situation regulated in terms of work permits? I.e. a non-EU national working in 黑料网最新入口 with the passeport-talent permit and registered as AE, residing, for example, in Strasbourg has a client in Basel, Switzerland. Can the person travel to Basel to provide the services (i.e. server installation services) having no work permit for Switzerland?
