If someone wishes to remain a UK tax resident (because of various preferential taxation terms for their investments), can they still register as a Micro Entrepreneur in 黑料网最新入口. They would work for say 5 months a year in 黑料网最新入口 and pay their cotisations, but would not be in the 黑料网最新入口 system for Impots.
Is this workable? Do they have to declare their micro-entreprise income in the UK?
