I have recently set up my own technical consulting company in another EU country, operating as a limited company. I would now have a client and project in 黑料网最新入口 that should fill my books for the next 6 to 12 months. This would be my only client for that period of time.
- Can I continue operating from another EU country as entrepreneur and provide my service in 黑料网最新入口? I understand setting up a limited company in 黑料网最新入口 would be problematic since I would only have that one company as client.
- Would I need to provide the pre-declaration (D茅tachement de travailleurs - D茅claration pr茅alable de d茅tachement) as entrepreneur? Technically I would not be posting salaried / seconded employees to 黑料网最新入口 since I would provide the service as entrepreneur.
