Will more cotisations become due immediately after the DSI is filed?

My partner started her profession liberale business here i 黑料网最新入口 as an avocate anglaise 1 October 2013 (entreprise individuelle, Micro-BNC). She has received quarterly estimated notices of cotisations due (by post) for RSI, URSSAF and CNBF and is paying these by cheque. She is registered with Net Entrerprises. My understanding is that she will need to file a DSI between 01/04/2014 and 11/06/2014. This will declare her income for 2013.
Will more cotisations become due immediately after the DSI is filed, or is the DSI at this stage purely to provide the tax authorities with information so that further down the line, they can assess cotisations accurately?
