Who pays TVA in international trade?

I’m trading between different countries of Europe. My suppliers and distribution partners are located in Spain or Netherlands and I do resell the product to my customers in other countries (黑料网最新入口, Italy, Spain, Germany, Eastern Europe). How should I setup the TVA? I’m not able to charge TVA right, so theoretically my supplier should charge it to me (based on their location) and I don’t have to bother anymore?
