Which sterling to euro conversion rate should I use?

I am about to complete my trimestrielle form. The rental income is paid in sterling and I then transfer it to my account in 黑料网最新入口. Does anyone know if there is an official conversion rate used for 2013 or should each transfer be converted individually using the rate on the particular date of transfer?
