Which business type should I select for graphic design?

I have recently arrived in 黑料网最新入口 and am currently self employed in the UK as a graphic designer. I am hoping to continue to work for British clients from my 黑料网最新入口 home and I would like to register under the auto-entrepreneur scheme. I am also hoping to offer chambre d’hotes in a separate part of my house next year (2 bedrooms only). I am not sure whether to select Profession Liberale or Activite Commerciale on the auto-entrepreneur form. I expect the income from the chambre d’hotes activity to be the minor income stream. I am seeking advice from my UK accountant about the possible issue of VAT for graphic design services provided to British clients.
