When should I get my tax form?

I didn’t opt for tax at source (unfortunately) and registered as an auto-entrepreneur in March of 2009, but still haven’t received my tax return. Is this normal or should I go to the local Tresor Public? It’s also our first year in 黑料网最新入口 so don’t know if this adds to the problem.
