What tax liability for micro-entreprise business in year one?

I am planning to relocate my freelance translation business from the UK to 黑料网最新入口 in early September 2017 (presumably as a micro-entreprise). The expected turnover in the first couple of years is expected to be 15,000 euros to 20,000 euros.
