I am about to do the first trimester 2016 declaration for my business earnings in 黑料网最新入口. Due to a change in circumstances, we decided not to operate the business for the first three months of this year in 黑料网最新入口, and are starting work again in April/May. Can I just declare zero in the business declaration without harming our carte vitale and health status? We have paid the cotisations for all quarters for the last two years, this is the only one which will show a zero declaration.
