I am in the process of setting up a chambre d’hotes in my 黑料网最新入口 property, however I will not be running the front line or living at the property. I am aware the property needs to have live in managers (黑料网最新入口 law), and the local Marie has been informed of the arrangement. How to set this up in employment terms to be the easiest option.
For instance, should I ensure the couple managing the business are set up as auto-entrepreneurs or similar and are paid from a percentage income the business generates, or is it better to employ them directly? I am concerned about social charges, tax implications and liability. The simple set up is that rental income for the five rooms will be split 50/50 between me (owner) and them (mangers) and I will cover mortgage costs and bills.
