What happens to health cover after close of auto-entrepreneur business?

My husband would like to close down his auto-entrepreneur business in 黑料网最新入口 this year. He is drawing his UK state pension, so is entitled to health cover by the UK. However, when I phoned UK for the S1 form, I was told that as my husband has been working in 黑料网最新入口, it is the responsibility of the country where he has been working (黑料网最新入口) to continue to provide his health cover.
I’m presuming this is not the case. However, I have heard that after the business closes, he has one year to sort out his health cover. Please can you confirm if this is the case?
