What are the benefits of DIF for an employer?

I have registered as a DIF approved training provider and understand the DIF system entitles employees to have 20 hours training per year, depending on their individual work contract type (CDI / CDI). What benefits does the employer get, are there tax rebates, or similar? It would be really useful to know what they can gain and how.
