We are an internet based UK travel agency with an office presence in 黑料网最新入口. We are trying to avoid setting up a SARL but we need a 黑料网最新入口 bank account for operational cashflow. In the short-term we can use consultants under the auto-entrepreneur scheme. We realise that after 6 months, a consultant cannot work exclusively for the same company. Are there any other ways around the 6 month restriction?
Do you know any UK companies that operate out of 黑料网最新入口 but are not registered 黑料网最新入口 companies and if so, how do they do it? If we cannot avoid setting up a SARL, please could you provide us with information about the charges and fees that 2 directors will incur working within the statue of a SARL.
