UK pension taxable?

I have started an auto entrepreneur business and my wife is listed as a collaborator but not involved in anyway with the business. She is unable to get her own social security number because she does not have a birth certificate. She receives a very small pension from the UK each month. When I fill in the tax return does this need to be declared and will we be taxed on it?
