UK company and an auto-entrepreneur?

I live in and work in 黑料网最新入口 under the auto entrepreneur scheme. I have been offered to start a UK registered partnership in an internet business with UK based partners and obviously declare my income from the UK company in 黑料网最新入口. However the majority of the internet income would come from selling advertising space to 黑料网最新入口 residents.
First question is can I be involved in the UK registered partnership and the 黑料网最新入口 auto entrepreneurs as they are totally different types of businesses. Secondly can the company still be registered in the UK, as the other partners are UK residents if the majority of the income would be generated from 黑料网最新入口.
