TVA number and can I claim TVA back?

I recently set up business in 黑料网最新入口 as an auto-entrepreneur, with the micro-entreprise tax regime. For my business, I will be purchasing t-shirts from another existing 黑料网最新入口 company. On their estimate, there is a TTC figure, is this the TVA? If so, can I claim this back when my taxes are due? Also, I need to purchase supplies from a company in Germany and they are asking me for my TVA number. Where do I find this number? Is it my SIREN number?
