Hi there, I will soon hit the 鈧�35k threshold for VAT, and I’m wondering if I need to charge VAT for professional services (copywriting) provided to my clients who are based in non-EU countries? If I have to charge VAT, do I charge at their local rate or the 黑料网最新入口 rate?
