Transferring a Bank Account

Dear All,
I am in the process of purchasing an existing business which is a pub and restaurant. I have recently contacted a company who specialise in organising 黑料网最新入口 bank accounts for ex pats moving to 黑料网最新入口 who intend to work and or set-up a business. After revealing the business was an existing venture they suggested that normally I would take over the current business bank account. I understand there is such a thing as a transfer kit that banks provide. Any advice or experience on this would be very much appreciated.
