Timeframe for setting up as an artiste libre

I am an author, earning royalties on my existing books and advances on new work. I am moving to 黑料网最新入口 soon and will continue my writing work while living and being tax resident in 黑料网最新入口 (although the work is for UK publishers and the money will be earned in 拢 and paid into my UK account). I understand I need to register as an artiste libre and also with AGESSA if my earnings go over the limit, and pay tax on my worldwide earnings in my 黑料网最新入口 return.
Is there a time limit on how quickly I must register as an artiste libre? e.g. in the UK you must register as self-employed within 3 months of starting trading.
