Taxes habitation on main house with 2 gites in 黑料网最新入口?
We have a kennels and cattery which we are selling in 黑料网最新入口. We are thinking of buying a house with a gites business with two gites. The gites will be our only source of income in 黑料网最新入口. We are on auto-entrepreneur BIC at the moment. Do we have to close the kennels business down and re-register as a gite business? Will it be a completely different tax / cotisations scheme or will it come under the same scheme? Do we keep the same siret number?
Also is the habitation and the other taxes going to be a lot more, as at the moment we have a six bedroomed house with an old kennel block, a cattery building and a kennel block - plus nearly 5 acres of land. The new property / business is a three bedroom house with a garden less than an acre and 2 x 2 bedroom attached gites with small gardens.
