Can you please clarify the process to close my business in 黑料网最新入口, I have an enterprise individuelle r茅gime r茅el simplifi茅 business. I have informed my accountant that I would like to close down my current business activity and have been advised that this must be done before 31 December. I just need to understand what I need to do from my end.

  1. Do we need to inform the Chambre de Commerce first and then provide the final figures?
  2. Or do the final figures need to be confirmed first before we inform the Chambre de Commerce of the business closure?
  3. Where do I stand on the R茅gime social des ind茅pendants (RSI) front?
  4. Will I get moved from RSI to another body for social security?
  5. I will still have my gite that I will be renting. What do I do here, do I have to make a declaration with anyone for the gite or does the rental income get declared with my personal tax declaration?
