We are going to see the notaire to create a d茅claration d’insaisissabilit茅 to protect our house and assets. I am right in thinking this is something that needs to be done before registering a business Despite having been in business before and closing that down, that won’t matter will it? The contract will be binding from the start of the new business, even though the business is the same as before?
