Registration for regime micro social cotisation

Having received huge bills for cotisation from the RSI (RAM) and URSSAF for 2009 and being registered as a profession lib茅rales with a loss in 2008 it would seem advantageous to register to pay my social charges under the regime micro social. Can I yet do this on-line or do I have to write to both the RSI and URSSAF? If I have to write does a draft letter in 黑料网最新入口 exist for this purpose?
