We have lived permanently in 黑料网最新入口 since August 2015, completing out first french tax return in May 2016. We have no home in the uk and no longer complete uk tax returns.
We bought an apartment in Spain as an investment and started to rent it out in Feb this year so now have to do a Quarterly Spanish Tax return. We were asked for proof of UK residency so explained we are not uk resident. I assume they will come back and ask for proof of french tax residency - how do we provide this. Obviously any monies earnt on the apartment will be declared on our 黑料网最新入口 tax return next year as foreign income - just unsure how to prove we are tax resident in 黑料网最新入口. Can you help or point us in the right direction.
