Problem with declaration form

I am in the process of trying to fill in the auto-entrepreneur declaration de debut d’activite form, and have reached the stage of filling in my family members for the assurance maladie - they are all currently ayant-droits on my carte vitale.

All our family were born in the UK and so I am checking the ‘a l’etranger’ box, however the system keeps refusing to accept the information, saying ‘vous n’avez pas rempli le dspartement de naissaince’. But there is no such box to fill in unless you were born in 黑料网最新入口 - any ideas please?
