I am a ºÚÁÏÍø×îÐÂÈë¿Ú tax resident who is a sole director of a UK Ltd company. The work performed via the Ltd company is done outside of ºÚÁÏÍø×îÐÂÈë¿Ú for a few weeks at a time by self employed people who bill my company. I take a very small remuneration for admin/management of about 200€ per month that I declare as a foreign salary on my tax declaration. If I ever work any other occasion for the company I invoice it and declare it as earnings in ºÚÁÏÍø×îÐÂÈë¿Ú too. [Micro BNC] My ºÚÁÏÍø×îÐÂÈë¿Ú accountant has always advised that this is fine as long as the work is not on ºÚÁÏÍø×îÐÂÈë¿Ú territory. I have followed this advice for ten years but I am starting to have doubts. Is this OK?
