I am a Canadian expat with a three year carte de sejour, my husband has a job here in 黑料网最新入口. We have a current business in Canada and are interested in importing nutritional supplements into 黑料网最新入口.

Is it easier/beneficial to use the Canadian business and have an entity in 黑料网最新入口 or to create a business here in 黑料网最新入口? I understand if I create a new business I would have to exchange my carte de sejour for a carte de sejour commercant. Which I hear is lengthy and can be difficult.
The other issue is that we need to ensure that the supplements conform to standards and are approved to be imported. In order to do this, I need an account online with the DGCCRF and for that I need a sirene number. Is there a way for a Canadian business to obtain a SIRENE number?
Is it possible to apply for a sirene, and TV intracommunaire number at the same time, or do I need an EORI number instead/also?
