Odd jobs ouside of main Micro Entrepreneur service

I am still working to build clients for my micro entrepreneur and have been taking some odd jobs (gardening and labouring) to suppliment my income.
How do I report this? It is different to my Micro Entrepreneur service (coaching). And/ or does it affect how I need to be registered etc?
