Need avis d’imposition for bank account

Hi,
I’m trying to open a 黑料网最新入口 bank account, until now I have been using an international online service. Every bank I have tried asks for an avis d’imposition. I set up my business in January 2019 but I have never received any information for taxes and I am totally clueless. What do I need to do?
