Materials and labour as a an auto-entrepreneur builder?

I have just started as an auto-entrepreneur business as a builder in 黑料网最新入口. I am trying to find out the social charges for invoicing purposes for the labour content and the materials. I visited the local Chamber de metier de artisan, who told me it would be the lower charge for all of the invoice if I supplied materials. Is this correct?
