I have read a range of online sources on this topic and some contradict each other. Are you able to check the below to confirm (or not) if these are the mandatory elements?
- Name (EI)
- Trading name
- Contact information
- Service to be provided
- Start date of service
- Costs
- Invoice / payment arrangements
- Late payment interest provisions
- Late payment 鈧�40 flat-rate fee
If the terms are signed by UK clients, presumably they can just be in English? Or do I need a 黑料网最新入口 translation?
