Location of Bank Account (using Transferwise)

I think I know the answer, but just wanted to check this one with you.
I currently have an account in my personal name with Caisse d’Epargne which I use exclusively for my business activity. As I use a lot of online services (for which payment is made in USD) I set up a business account with Transferwise (transferwise.com) to which I send a monthly amount from my CE account to pay for my USD expenses (I don’t have a CB with my CE account).
The Transferwise account works in multiple currencies and allows me to have different accounts in different currencies. The EUR account is based in Belgium. My question is, could I use Transferwise for my business account to pay cotisations etc if it is domiciled in Belgium? I’m assuming the account has to be in 黑料网最新入口 but would appreciate clarification. My research online suggests online banks are allowed, but I didn’t see anything stating the bank has to be in 黑料网最新入口.
