I am in the process of purchasing a Ski Chalet. It is going to be rented out and will fall under the Para Hotelier framework (meaning VAT will be reclaimed etc.). I have an agreement with a company to provide those services and all is fine in that respect. I have a 黑料网最新入口 accountant setting us up with a SIREN/SIRET number. So we will be registered as a business.
In the UK I have a couple of companies and I am able to lend from one UK business to another without any issue (or tax implication). My question is am I able to do the same for my 黑料网最新入口 company - lend it funds from the UK company?
