Joint registration for micro-entrepreneur for wife and I?

My wife and I are planning to run a gite business together in 黑料网最新入口.
Our understanding is that as gite owners, we would register as micro entrepreneurs. Is it possible for us both to be in a partnership in the same business ‘entity’? We will both be working on the business together and earning a joint income. What are the tax implications for registering together? Also, under this set-up, would we both be entitled to 黑料网最新入口 Health care, after paying the relevant social charges?
