Invoicing a European client as an auto-entrepreneur

Hi Valerie,
I’m registered as an AE, and I want to invoice a client in Sweden. It’s my first invoice, so I didn’t pass any thresholds for VAT yet.
Do I need to request a European VAT ID to put on the invoice?
If so, how can I request this?
If I don’t need to, do I need to put anything else on the invoice?
