How will ill health affect future declarations for tax etc?

I have just registered a new business in 黑料网最新入口 and am yet to generate any income. I have also been ill and have only just come out of hospital and have been told by my doctors I will need to rest until the end of the year. How will this affect any future declarations for tax, etc? I plan to start work in the new year.
