How to employ an auto-entrepreneur labourer?

As an auto-entrepreneur registered builder is it possible to employ on a casual basis a labourer who is also registered as an auto-entrepreneur. If so which system would I use to pay him a wage and what are the tax implications as he is also registered with the auto-entrepreneur scheme but as a labourer. I need a labourer from time to time, not on a permanent basis.
