I have just received the initial letter from la Ram to say I am being registered with them and inviting me to set up my account with them online.
Also I received a Declaration de choix du medecin traitant to fill out.
Can I chose any doctor and had I better made an appointment to meet them before I fill out the form/take the form to the doctor? And then return to la Ram?
