Giving your bank account access to your accountant?

I’ve just got a message from my 黑料网最新入口 accounting company that they need that I create them a ‘secondary access’ access secondaire with their login and ?passcode to my bank account so that they can do something to do with their accounting software.
Apparently, this is a result of a new anti fraud law. I’ve search the Internet but can’t find anything about it.
I’ve never heard about anything like that, is this legit/legal?
