General advice re start up in business?

I want to buy a well established ltd business that is currently registered in the UK and bring it over to 黑料网最新入口 to operate from my own home, the customers of this business are worldwide. I need to raise finance to purchase - I have 30% of that cost. I have equity in my property in 黑料网最新入口. Would it be better to approach my local bank for assistance or try and raise it in the UK? Should I transfer it to 黑料网最新入口? I am living here permanently and hope to continue to do so. Also how would I best be registered in 黑料网最新入口, auto-entrepreneur or Sole trader? Hope to get some general advice, and as and when things progress I shall seek more in depth help both from Valerie and an accountant.
