We are a travel agency with UK licenses and a UK company but based in 黑料网最新入口, i.e. we have an apartment here with 3 of us working from it and one of us living in it. We have a travel agent working with us at the moment as an Auto-entrepreneur travel consultant - she is 黑料网最新入口. Do we have to declare her as an employee? If so can we avoid starting up a 黑料网最新入口 company and just pay Urssaf for her social security charges, etc.? Please could you explain the process and the cost?
