First Declaration of zero turnover

We’re just trying to do our first declaration online but are having a few problems understanding the form. Our 黑料网最新入口 is pretty good but we want to be absolutely sure we get it right so does anyone know if there is an English translation of it anywhere? Our turnover for the first quarter was zero so I think we leave the form as is and just send in the zero figures. Would this be correct?
