First auto-entrepreneur declaration cheque returned?

I made my first business declaration in 黑料网最新入口 on 20 July and sent it off to URSSAF with a cheque to the address on the form. Last week they returned the cheque with no apparent explanation why. The cheque was from a our joint account and made payable to Tresor Public. Any ideas why they would have returned the cheque?
