Expenses declaration auto-entrepreneur?

Before leaving the UK in September, and in the knowledge that I would be setting up as a freelance pre-press (printing industry) worker here in 黑料网最新入口, I purchased a computer and software for that business. Problems which arose after arrival in 黑料网最新入口 meant that I only finally achieved auto-entrepreneur registration from mid-February and I would just like to know whether or not I can claim the costs for the equipment as expenses?
