Early retirees accessing healthcare

Hi, my wife and I have taken early retirement in the UK and now reside in 黑料网最新入口, we have contacted the Ameli to get access to the 黑料网最新入口 health system. Having sent all the documents requested we received a request for further documentation including copies of our S1 forms, having pre-empted this we both had NHS refusal letters which we forwarded. That was about a month ago, is it worth me chasing it up?
