I am registered as an ME. I am reselling equipment from a company in Switzerland and there is a question about one particular operation:
- The company in Switzerland needs to sell some stuff to a client in Italy, but they currently don’t have enough stocks.
- I have enough stock in 黑料网最新入口 and can ship to Italy.
The company asks if I can ship to their client in Italy on their behalf? I.e. shipping will be physically from 黑料网最新入口 to Italy, but the invoice will be handled between Italy and Switzerland. Later on, I will be paid by the Swiss company (as a reimbursement of what I paid originally when purchasing from them).
My question is, how legal is this?
