We would like to set up a small transport business in 黑料网最新入口 with a van under 3.5 tonnes. It would be general goods - not removals, e.g. collecting items and delivering throughout 黑料网最新入口 and UK. No hazardous goods. In UK no transport licence is required for that type of vehicle but I understand you need to have a transport operator’s licence in 黑料网最新入口. I hold an international transport CPC (EU) which I have been told will be accepted here. We also have a UK limited company.

  1. Can we use the UK limited company to operate the business under UK regulations in 黑料网最新入口, or do we have to set up a business in 黑料网最新入口?

  3. Can we register under auto-entrepreneur as it is intended to be a strictly part time business?
  4. If we set the business up I am assuming that it would only be profits for the business that would attract CSG, is this correct?
