Do I need to send a mandate form to my bank for SEPA?

I recently received an email from Direction Generale des Finances Publiques asking me to send a mandate to my bank for my business account. I asked my accountant about it and she advised that when she went onto their website to check, you no longer need to send the mandate form to your bank.
Apparently you only have to do this if it is not a general list tax (I’m not sure exactly what that means). Are you able to confirm if my accountant is correct or should I be sending a form to my bank? If it helps, my auto-entrepreneur business in 黑料网最新入口 is a small gite and I pay no salaries to myself or any staff.
