Do I need to publish accounts with an EIRL business in 黑料网最新入口?

I set up a business last year as an Entreprise Individuelle in 黑料网最新入口 with a view to changing it to entrepreneur individuel 脿 responsabilit茅 limit茅e (EIRL) once all equipment etc. had been purchased. However the Chambre de Metiers are now telling me that an EIRL needs to publish its accounts, so have recommended an acte d’insaisissabilit茅. Our accountant tells us that this isn’t the case and are advising EIRL. I would prefer not to publish accounts at this stage, and also wonder whether the acte d’insaisissabilit茅 protects any assets outside of 黑料网最新入口?
